1. Arrival & Consultation
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed into our tranquil sanctuary. We begin with a private consultation to review your health history, discuss your specific wellness goals, and address any questions. Our priority is ensuring you feel fully informed and relaxed before your treatment begins.
2. Guided Session
A certified specialist will guide you step-by-step through your session. Within our discreet, high-tech environment, we utilize gentle methods to assist your body’s natural release. Your privacy and medical safety are maintained throughout the entire visit.
Client Care Policies
To maintain a serene and professional environment, we ask that all clients observe the following guidelines.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to complete required intake forms and settle into our sanctuary.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposit: A 50% upfront deposit is required for all sessions (packages require 50% of the first session).
- Notice: At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Fees: Rescheduling between 8-24 hours prior incurs a $50 fee. Cancellations under 8 hours result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Final Sale: All sales are final; balances remain on account for future use. Packages expire in 6 months and are non-shareable.
Late Arrivals
Sessions will conclude at the scheduled time to respect the next client ’s appointment. Full service fees apply regardless of arriving late.
